The organization represented must give its express permission for this image to be uploaded. We are not liable for any loss or damage to you, your organization and/or a third party as a result of the image you upload, nor do we accept any responsibility for ensuring the image is allowed to be displayed in conjunction with this promotion.
Images on the "free t-shirt" may be representative of the ideas and/or beliefs of other companies and/or brands and while they are printed on the t-shirt given away in this promotion, as well as displayed on this website, we do not recommend or endorse any images we choose to represent as supplied to us in conjunction with this promotion.

If you cancel your reservation following payment of a deposit you will not receive a refund. This would act as a payment for any "click traffic" you may have received while your advertising image(s) were displayed on this website.
Payment of any remaining order amount will be taken once all of the "spaces" on the "free t-shirt" have been reserved.
If payment is not received by us and the payment issue cannot be resolved promptly we reserve the right to offer the space you reserved to another interested party.
We reserve the right to perform credit checks against you and/or your company.
The amount of t-shirts given away will be no less than one million. Any t-shirts given away out of courtesy to participating companies and/or persons are included in this amount.
The methods of t-shirt distribution are subject to change. We have the right to change distribution techniques at any point in the distribution until at least one million t-shirts have been given away. T-shirts will be distributed in mainland USA.
We cannot guarantee how long it will take to distribute the t-shirts, although we will endeavor to do this as fast as possible.
Once one million t-shirts have been distributed, our agreement with you will have been fulfilled, although we will endeavor to keep the website live for at least 10 years from this point.
For any conflict, we are only liable up to the amount you paid for the services/products we supplied you.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Buying a Space

As the customer, you have a right to cancel. This must be done in writing before all ‘spaces’ on the t-shirt have been reserved. As we cannot guarantee when all of the spaces on the t-shirt will have been reserved, we must strongly advise that you are committed to participating in this offer when you sign up. If you choose to cancel following payment of your deposit it is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time. If the promotion is cancelled following your participation, we will advise you of this accordingly. If payment has already been taken at the time of a cancellation by us a full refund will be given.

Distribution Policy

The distribution of the t-shirts will commence following all of the ‘spaces’ having been reserved on the "free t-shirt". The techniques used to distribute the t-shirts are subject to change without prior notification. It should be noted that although we will endeavor to distribute the t-shirts as fast as possible, there are delays that may occur throughout the process. This may include manufacturing and shipping time, as well as quality issues that may need to be resolved. While the techniques of distribution are subject to change, we can advise that methods may include postage to persons signed up to receive a ‘free t-shirt’ from this website, mail-dropping, and courtesy t-shirts provided to companies participating in this promotion. It should be noted that any ‘courtesy t-shirts’ given to participating companies in this promotion are inclusive within the one million t-shirts that will be given away.
